MO Routes 94 and 19 in Montgomery County to be resurfaced next week

HANNIBAL - Weather permitting, beginning Monday, October 3, MoDOT and its contractor, Magruder Paving will begin resurfacing almost 17 miles of roadway in Montgomery County next week.

The resurfacing projects include MO 94 from McKittrick west to Route P near Rhineland. After completing MO 94, crews will begin working on MO 19 from the Missouri River near Hermann north to Route J near Big Spring.

Ozzie Smith autograph among items in state auction next Tuesday

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – An autograph from former St. Louise Cardinal and Baseball Hall-of-Famer Ozzie Smith will be among the pieces of unclaimed property that will be auctioned off by the state next week.

I was just at the Boondocker where family and friends of the late Barb Borgmann are hosting their Annual Chili Supper along with a silent auction.  Let me tell you, some of the best chili I have had in a long time.
