JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. -- The traditional wager on the World Series between governors of Missouri and Texas are in place. And it looks like Jay Nixon is going all-in on the Cardinals. Nixon is putting up a six-pack of Budweiser beer; an order of toasted ravioli from Rigazzi’s Restaurant on the Hill in St. Louis; gourmet prosciutto, salami and other fine meats from Volpi Foods of St. Louis; and frozen custard from the historic Ted Drewes’ stand on old Route 66 in south St. Louis.
