Rowley Ray, 79, of Washington, Mo., passed away on Mon., Oct. 24, 2011. Mrs. Rowley is survived by her sons, Doug Rowley and wife Marcia of Washington and Larry Rowley and wife Barbara of Union; 3 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren. Visitation for Frances L. Rowley Ray will be held Wed., Oct. 26, 2011 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Oltmann Funeral Home, Washington. Funeral services will be held immediately following the visitation at the Oltmann Funeral Home Chapel. Memorials may be given to the Loving Hearts Outreach.
