Selby Suspended Indefinitely From the Duke Women’s Basketball Program

DURHAM, N.C. -  Duke Women’s Basketball head coach Joanne P. McCallie announced on Tuesday that Blue Devil senior Shay Selby has been suspended indefinitely from the program for violation of team rules.

ECC Offering Cookie Decorating and Soup Making Classes in December

The holiday season usually means more time in the kitchen so East Central College is offering two cooking related continuing education classes in early December.

On Tuesday, December 6, Christmas Cookie Decorating will take place at ECC’s site at Four Rivers Career Center in Washington from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

East Central College Words and Motion present Classic Holiday Film December 2 at ECC


East Central College invites the community to celebrate the season while enjoying a classic holiday movie Friday, December 2.  ECC will show “How the Grinch Stole Christmas” starring Jim Carrey, 7 p.m. in Room 138 of the BC Building on the college campus in Union.  Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. and seating is limited.
