JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – Democrats and members of the Missouri legislative black caucus tried to make good on their promise to block passage of legislation that would roll back Missouri’s workplace discrimination standards to the 1960s, but ultimately were only able to compromise the bill.

Tim Hebbeler reaches bowling perfection - Watch it happen

Last night, Tim Hebbeler achieved perfection.  Hebbeler bowls in a league at Thunder Alley in Owensville, Mo. every week.  Hebbeler began bowling on a regular basis about two years ago.

In last night’s bowling league, Hebbleler bowled a perfect score of 300; 12 strikes in a row.  He was the first person to bowl a perfect game since Thunder Alley opened a year ago.

Super Bowl Party at Memorial Baptist Church

Everyone is invited to Memorial Baptist Church’s Super Bowl Party. This year’s party will begin with a youth led kickoff meeting/pep rally from 4:30 p.m. until 5:25 p.m.

The youth group has been divided into two teams and is recruiting people to join their team.  The team with the most members will win a prize.  Be here to join in the pre-game festivities.
