9:15 p.m. - Power has been restored to the areas of Beaufort, Leslie, Clover Bottom, and surrounding areas.

8:47 p.m. - According to a Crawford Electric Official, the substation on Highway AJ in Clover Bottom had a transformer blow that services Clover Bottom, Beaufort, Leslie, and surrounding areas.

HERMANN: OBITUARY: Marvin Pfautsch (Sept., 11, 1929 - Dec. 29, 2011)

Marvin Pfautsch, 82, of Cape Girardeau passed away Thursday, Dec. 29, 2011, at his home. He was surrounded by his loving family.

Marvin was born Sept. 11, 1929, to Franklin and Elsie Pfautsch in Hermann, Mo. He married Cleora Jannusch on Sept. 17, 1949. They have two sons Mark (Lynda) Pfautsch and Brian (Anita) Pfautsch, all of Cape Girardeau.

Karen Bonuchi retires from Citizens Bank after 29 years of service

On Friday, Karen's last day at Citizens Bank, she spent the day serving cake to customers.

The ending of 2011 was also the ending of a 29 year career at Citizens Bank for Karen Bonuchi and the entering of a new lifestyle as she steps into the new year.
