Local veteran support group - Veterans helping veterans

New Haven, Mo - On Tuesday May 1 a group of local veterans are starting a support group for all local veterans in and around the area.  The meeting will be at the Memorial Baptist Church beginning at 7 p.m.

The idea is to help veterans have a better understanding about VA benefits and misconceptions most veterans may have.  They will also help those who may need to sign up for benefits they are entitled too.

Site appearance issue caused by Internet Explorer

Some of you may notice a blue line across the top portion of our site and/or different items on our site that appear out of alignment.

Unfortunately, the cause is isolated to the web browser, Internet Explorer.  Without getting too technical, Internet Explorer poses several issues for many web developers because of how Explorer reads the language that many sites are coded in.  Please note, the overall functionality is not affected.
