Hermann, Mo. -- Thursday night concluded the finals of Hermann’s Volleyball Invitational Tournament.

Tough night for the Lady Shamrocks

In tonight’s action at the Hermann Volleyball Invitational, New Haven lost to Pacific in three sets, (13-25) (30-28) (17-25).

The loss put them in the third place game against Washington losing in straight sets, (17-25) (14-25).

Junior Varsity undefeated season comes to an end -- Varsity rebounded beating Sullivan

Sullivan, Mo:  The JV's undefeated season came to an end tonight at the hands of the Sullivan Eagles. The match went three sets.  The Eagles won the first set 25-23, Shamrocks came back winning the second 20-25, and the Eagles won the third set and the match. 25-14.

The Varsity rebounded after Tuesday night's loss to Hermann, defeating Sullivan in straight sets. (12-25, 12-25).

Two towns separated by 15 miles and both with rich traditions in volleyball. You can expect a packed house every time Hermann and New Haven collide in the season's conference match.

Hermann, MO -- New Haven’s JV team came into last nights came with a perfect 13-0-1 record, Hermann had their eyes set on breaking the Rocks winning streak.  Fans were kept on the edge of their seats as two teams battled it out in a thrilling three set match.

It was a successful day for the New Haven Volleyball program.  All three teams played today, the Freshmen and JV in the Pacific Tournament and Varsity in their own tournament.

New Haven, Mo: -- At the Lady Rock's last home game it was 100 degrees outside and about 110 degrees inside, at least that is how it felt.  What a difference two weeks can make.

Lady Shamrocks serve their way to a win over St. James

St James, Mo – The Lady Rocks made the long road trip to St. James on Tues,. Sept. 13.  This was the Lady Rocks first Four Rivers Conference match.

The Lady Rocks were all business winning in two sets, 16-25, 8-25 improving to 7-5 on the season ending a three game losing streak.

Linn, Mo. -- The Volleyball’s JV have been on a tear since the start of the season.  They do not have one or two players who stand out from the rest; instead they have a great team.

Tonight's Lady Rocks Softball and Volleyball scores

The Lady Rocks were on the road toinght at Pacific.  Pacific started the night with a 4-9 record and on a five game losing streak.  The Rocks were 4-10 and winning two of their last three.

The Rocks came up short lossing a close battle 7-4.  We hope to speak with Coach Tim Scheer later tonight and have a game summary for tomorrow.
