UPDATED Information 5:15 P.M.
Krakow, Mo.
– Franklin County deputies are currently investigating an armed robbery that occurred at Hall’s Pharmacy in Krakow, Mo at approximately 1:45 p.m. this afternoon.

We just spoke with Sheriff Gary Toelke at the scene of the crime.  Toelke gave us a description of the known suspect as being white male between 20 and 30 years old, approximately 5 feet 10 inches with dark colored hair, and muscular built.

The suspect is reported to be wearing white shorts and was carrying a white colored bag at the time of the robbery, which he did say he had a weapon however it was never physically seen.  The suspect was also wearing a gold and blue hat, possibly, MIZZOU, however Toelke stated they might have recovered the item.

The suspect demanded narcotics then fled on foot.  It is believed that he entered a blue sporty type vehicle with spoke or slotted wheels parked across Hwy A.  The vehicle is believed to have gone east on Country Club Road.  Investigators recovered a MIZZOU hat and T-shirt on Country Club Road.

The recovered T-shirt is possibly from “Supplement Super Stores” located primarily in the St. Louis area.  The shirts are given away as promotional items to their customers.

The MIZZOU hat and bandage also appeared to be relatively new.  The hat was primarily gray with black.  It had the MIZZOU emblem on the front with the distressed look.

Toelke said, “What is interesting about the suspect is that he appears to be someone who works out a lot based on his muscular figure."

Toelke said, "With particular interest to employees of fitness centers or Supplement Super Stores, anyone with information related to the above descriptions is requested to contact the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office at 636-583-2560.  Callers can remain anonymous if they request.  A photo of the suspect leaving the pharmacy is attached"

A possible second suspect was wearing kaki shorts with a navy polo shirt, he has short brown hair, wearing a tan colored backpack, and medium built.

Toelke said, “We are not sure about the second suspect as our investigation has just begun."
