Washington, Mo. – The 2012 Washington Town and Country Fair’s theme, Making Memories, could not be a more fitting theme after Jake Owen’s mind-blowing performance on the newly built Pepsi Main Stage.

Jake Owen performed in front of one of the largest crowds ever seen on a Thursday night.

Owen left fair officials high fiving with several saying, “This is one of the best entertainers we have had at the fair.”

Owen jumped down from the stage twice, running down both sides of the stage through the VIP area, “Making Memories” by being the first to perform on the new stage that will be talked about for decades to come.

The rest of the week’s artists, Gretchen Wilson, REO Speedwagon, and Jerrod Niemann are going to have a tough time topping last night’s performance.

We will have another story later about an exclusive backstage interview QNHN had with Jake Owen prior to the concert.
