Cindy Fleer receives Hermann Area District Hospital Employee Appreciation Award

Hermann, Mo. - Cindy Fleer, RN was selected for was selected for July, August, and September’s Employee Appreciation Award.  The Employee Appreciation Committee at Hermann Area District Hospital chose Cindy for the award.

The employee of the quarter is selected by a committee of peers based upon the employee going above and beyond for the hospital, fellow employees, and the community HADH serves.

She was awarded a certificate, corsage and gift certificate to Vintage Restaurant.  Cindy resides in New Haven, MO and is married to David.  They have four teenage children Elijah, Olivia, Madeline, and Jonathan.  Cindy has been employed at Hermann Area District Hospital since 2007.  She is part HADH’s nursing staff and primarily works in the Emergency Room.

Cindy graduated from Missouri Baptist, St. Louis, MO and has been in nursing for 25 years.   In those years she had worked in labor and deliver, was a traveling nurse, and the surgery department with pre-op and recovery.
Cindy is an upbeat caring compassionate person always greeting you with a smile and provides excellent patient care.

Cindy said, “I like how everyone supports one another and works together; it is like family here at HADH.”
