Leslie, Mo. – This week children from 3 to 8 years old from the Leslie area have been attending Ebenezer Lutheran’s vacation bible school.  Each day begins and ends with a short information worship service.

Children are divided into age groups where they work on different projects related to this year’s theme, “Amazing Desert Journey”.

The younger group of kids have made sand cross magnets, and “Jesus Loves” pillows with each child’s handprint and their name.

One of their big projects of the week has been making t-shirts by painting a desert scene on them; even the teachers got involved, making their own t-shirts.

Friday night they will end the week long vacation bible school with a closing program.
