EDITORIAL: iPhones are great and life is too fast

Four years ago today in 2007 the first iPhone went on sale in the United States.

It's hard to believe how much has changed the way we live our lives since the iPhone was invented.  Even if you don't have an iPhone you can probably still look back and see how different your life was compared to now.

Today, we live in such a fast paced life, always in a hurry to go somewhere.  The iPhone is a great invention and has changed the way we are able to communicate with one another.  Today the iPhone makes it possible to record a video clips and upload them straight to YouTube or text message to a friends.  However, the iPhone and other smart phones have changed how we live our lives.

My point is maybe should slow down our pace of life.  A lot can happen in 4 years, so make sure you at least take a minute each day to stop and appreciate everything you have.  Your cell phone will not feel neglected.  It will right where you left it.

I myself need to slow down a bit as well and not let life pass me by.  Who knows, tomorrow is no guarantee anyways.
