An education advocacy group is suing Mizzou.

The National Council on Teacher Quality filed the complaint in Cole County Court this week. The group says The University of Missouri refuses to turn over records related to teacher training programs on all four campuses.

The group wants the course syllabi handed over as part of their process to rank the schools for those considering teaching as a career. Several other colleges and universities have refused the request from the group as well.
