Fidelity releases statement regarding Thursday's phone outage

New Haven, MO - We were able to make contact with Fidelity late this morning and they released the following statement:

The severe storm yesterday knocked out our internal phone system and our email server as well as service for many of our customers.

Sullivan was without power for more than two hours. We were unable to receive phone calls until about midnight and our email was just restored about 11 a.m.

All customer services are up and running normally this morning. Should you still be without any services, you can place a trouble ticket by calling 1-888-463-1924.

The storm damaged a vital piece of phone routing equipment on Fidelity's internal office phone system. This caused all inbound calls to our Helpdesk, Service Center and Business offices to be unable to route correctly for the remainder of Thursday evening.

Our team of dedicated technicians worked through the overnight hours to restore our office phone system in order for us to be able to receive calls today. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.


Attempts made to contact Fidelity

We have made several attempts to contact Fidelity by phone but was unable to reach anyone.  We sent an email and are awaiting a response.  Thank you for the information.
