FULL STORY: Car pulls out in front of van causing the vehicles to collide

New Haven, Mo – Tuesday afternoon at 4:03 p.m. New Haven EMS and New Haven Police responded to a car accident at the intersection of Highway 100 and Highway C.


According to Assistant Police Chief Dan Terry, the gray colored van had turned onto Highway 100 from Maupin Street and was headed east.
A green colored Ford car pulled onto 100 from Highway C failing to see the oncoming van.


The driver of the van swerved to the left however still smashed into the front end of the car, causing it to spin around.  Both vehicles came to a stop along the guardrail.


Terry said there were no passengers in ether car and that neither of the drivers were transported to the hospital.
