Leath breaks school record in first meet of the year

In the Shamrocks' first track meet of the year in St. Clair, Michael Leath, a senior, broke the school record in the 200-meter dash.

Leath ran it in 23.47 seconds, breaking the previous record by 22 hundredths of a second.  Tim Hebbeler previously held the school’s record, with a time of 23.69, setting the new school record in 2005.
