The New Haven Park Board recently adding a little Shamrock touch to Lions ball field located in the city park. The ball field is home to the Lady Shamrocks.  There are also two signs with the letter "NHLL" to represent the New Haven Little League who use the field during the summer as well as the mens slow pitch league, "NHMSP.

Kirby Menke, city park superintendent, recently installed the three signs on the front of the eat stand.  Randy Schwentker donated his time and talent designing the signs.  Menke said the park board had purchased the materials and Schwentker was kind enough to design them for us.

Menke also said, “I want to thank Randy for his generosity and his time in designing and making them for us.  He is extremely talented and did a wonderful job.  The signs reall look great.”

When you are at the next home game for the Lady Shamrocks, take a moment and check out the Shamrock touch to Lions Ball Field.
