Washington, Mo. – The Cancer Support and Awareness Fair scheduled for Thursday, October 20, at St. Francis Borgia Parish has been postponed. The event will be rescheduled.

“Mercy knows its communities love baseball and especially the St. Louis Cardinals,” said Terri L. McLain, president of Mercy Hospital Washington. “This turn of events in local baseball has brought much excitement to our area. We will reschedule the Cancer Support and Awareness Fair after the World Series, so everyone can take this time to cheer on the home team.”

The Cancer Support and Awareness Fair will be a free event that will offer information and resources to be a friend to someone with cancer. Details about the rescheduled event will be announced at a later date.
