NEW HAVEN OBITUARY: Margaret "Maggie" Tredway (Sept. 28, 1922 - Dec. 1, 2011)

Margaret "Maggie" Tredway, 89, of Washington, Mo., formerly of New Haven, passed away on Thur., Dec. 1, 2011 at the New Haven Care Center.

Mrs. Tredway was born in St. Louis, Mo. on Sept. 28, 1922, the daughter of the late Harry F. and May E. (Brown) Urban.

She was the widow of Francis Perry Tredway. They were married on Aug. 15, 1939 in Maryland Heights, Mo. he preceded her in death on Oct. 30, 2008.

She was a member of First Baptist Church in Union, Mo. She worked at Carmo Shoe Factory in Union and later at Langenberg Hat Company in New Haven.  Maggie enjoyed deer hunting, crocheting & being with her family.

She is survived by three sons Paul Tredway & wife Rosie of Hermann, Joy Tredway & wife Freda of Union and Richard Tredway & wife Norma of New Haven, a daughter Nancy Owens & husband Albert of Owensville, 12 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and by one brother Clarence Urban.

Visitation will be Friday 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, New Haven, Mo.

Funeral Services will be held at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, New Haven, Mo. at 10:00 a.m. on Sat., Dec. 3 with Rev. Elvis Lee officiating.
Burial will be at New Haven Cemetery, New Haven, Missouri.
