OBITUARY: Hermann: Glenda J. Kraettli (November 10, 1952 - October 16, 2012)

Glenda J. Kraettli, 59, of Hermann, passed away on Tuesday, October 16, 2012 at Hermann Area District Hospital.

Mrs. Kraettli was born in Washington, Missouri on November 10, 1952, the daughter of the late Ralph Sr. and Elizabeth (Frey) Grannemann.

She was the wife of Duane R. Kraettli. They were married June 6, 1970 at Washington, Missouri. Duane survives in Hermann.

Glenda is also survived by her three daughters, Staci Elsenraat & husband Joe of Rhineland, Missouri, Dawn Grosse & husband Mike of Big Spring, Missouri and Cari Hall & husband John of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, two brothers Ralph Grannemann Jr. & wife Dolores of Hermann and Wayne Grannemann & wife Doris of Hermann, a sister Sharon Landolt & husband Greg of Springfield, Missouri, two sisters-in-law Carol Collins & husband Lonnie of New Florence, Missouri and Marilyn Clifton & husband Glen of Ballwin, Missouri, a brother-in-law Ron Kraettli of Hermann and eight grandchildren, Logan, Colten & Averi Elsenraat, Brooke, Hannah & Brady Grosse and Jack & Raleigh Hall. She is preceded in death by her parents and a brother Robert Grannemann.

Glenda was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ, Hermann, Missouri, where she was a member of the hand bell choir. She enjoyed reading, walking, playing in the hand bell choir and spending time with her grandchildren and friends.

She was a wedding coordinator for Hermann Hill Chapel. She previously worked for Hermann Medical Arts for 28 years and for Hermann Dental.

Visitation will be Thursday 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, Hermann, Missouri.

Funeral Services will be held at St. Paul United Church of Christ, Hermann, Missouri at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, October 19th, with Rev. Rick Riedel officiating.

Burial will be at Oak Haven Memorial Gardens, Hermann, Missouri.

Memorials may be given to Hermann Area Crusade Against Cancer, St. Paul U.C.C. Music Dept. or Hermann Area District Hospital. C/O Toedtmann-Grosse Funeral Home.
