OBITUARY: Washington: Larry R. Pehle (October 14, 1935 - July 5, 2012)

Mr. Larry R. Pehle, 76, of Washington, Missouri, passed away Thursday, July 5th, 2012 at Missouri Baptist Medical Center, St. Louis, Missouri.

Mr. Pehle was born in New Haven, Missouri on October 14, 1935, the son of the late Ruby Henry and Sylvia (Rohlfing) Pehle.

He worked in the dairy buisness as a Field Representative for Dairy Farmers of America for 38 Years. Larry was also a part time farmer, and an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed fishing and coon hunting, which he raised and trained coon dogs. Larry was a very outgoing person who enjoyed visiting with everyone. He was a member of Immanuel United Methodist Church Senate Grove, Missouri, and the Missouri Coon Hunters Association. Larry was also served his country in the U.S. Army.

He was the husband of Luella (Aichholz) Pehle. They were married June 16, 1962 at St. Peter's United Church of Christ, New Haven, Missouri. He survived by his wife Luella, and by one son Keith Pehle and wife Cathey of Union, by one brother Drew Pehle and wife Ruth of Washington.

He was preceded in death by his parents and 1 brother Leland Pehle.

Funeral Services will be held Monday July 9th at 11:00 a.m. from the Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, New Haven, Missouri with Rev. Don Covington officiating.

Visitation will be Sunday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, New Haven, Missouri.

Interment will be at Immanuel United Methodist Cemetery, Senate Grove, Missouri.
