Oetterer hits 1,000 with 2:55 left in the first at 9:10 p.m.

Montgomery, Mo. – Five points is all Kayla Oetterer needed in tonight's game to become only the fourth player in Lady Shamrock history to score 1,000 career points.

New Haven led 12-2 when Oetterer caught the ball on the left side, drove right, laid it up and in with 2:55 left in the first.  Points 1,000 and 1,001 at 9:10 p.m. on Wed., Nov. 30, 2011 at Montgomery High School will always be the date, time and place Oetterer will remember reaching a career milestone.

New Haven easily defeated Wellsville, 56-17.  The Lady Rocks will play Friday night at 6 p.m. for Consolation.
