Pig Scramble Royalty Style

New Haven, Mo. - This year's New Haven Youth Fair was full of traditions of old as well as contributing new traditions for the future in its 50th record breaking fair.

The first of the new traditions came about at the annual pig scramble.  The New Haven Fair Queen and Court took a cue from the story QNHN published about the Franklin County Fair Queen Contestants and their tradition as well as encouragement from QNHN's Kyle Quick in the moment and got their hands dirty chasing after a pig.

The pig scramble, as usual, was a big hit with fairgoers.  Mike Oetterer told QNHN that he "can't remember seeing this many people at the pig scramble" during fairs prior to this year.
