Shamrock Sports Update: New Haven JV girls take second place

New Haven's JV girls came up short against Union 42-25 in this afternoon's championship game at Pacific.

The Lady Rocks entered the tournament as the number five seed.  They defeated Sullivan on Wed. by one point 25-24.  Then this morning New Haven knocked off the top seeded Dutchgirls 24-22.

Congratulations Lady Rocks on taking second place.

3rd Quarter - Union 24 New Haven 17

Halftime - New Haven holds Union to just three second quarter points, making it a one point game.
Union - 15
New Haven - 14

1st Quarter - New Haven is down by six to Union 12-6.

Pacific, Mo - New Haven's JV Girls upset number one seeded Owensville 24-22 this morning in the Pacific JV Tournament to advance into this afternoon's championship game.

New Haven, seeded fifth, will face the number two seed Union Wildcats.

The Lady Rocks will be looking for redemption after losing to Union last Monday.

New Haven's JV Girls will be playing in the championship game this afternoon at 1 p.m.
