Shamrocks hold Grandview to 10 Second Half Points winning 39-20.

Game Summary
, Mo - Despite New Haven’s 16 turnovers in last night’s game at Grandview, the Rocks held them to 20 points and out rebounding them 38 to 24.  New Haven got off to a slow start only scoring five points in the first quarter, giving Grandview a 9-5 lead but went on to out score Grandview 34 to 11.

New Haven freshman, Kyle Ruediger, scored his first point at the varsity level, hitting one of two free throws in the fourth quarter, officially getting his name in the scorebooks.  Lance Gerlemann was the only player to score in double figures with a game high 10 points.

Game Notes:

New Haven out scored Grandview 25 to 10 in the second half, holding them to just two points in the fourth quarter.

The Rocks were 15 of 36 from the field and 8 of 14 from the line.

New Haven improves to 4-1 on the season with last night’s win.  The Rocks will next play at Montgomery County High School on Friday night, with the JV game beginning at 6 p.m.
