Sullivan, Mo. - At approximately 4:25 AM, on November 6, 2012, Franklin County deputies responded to a residence at 1005 New Street outside Sullivan, Mo.
The mother of 2 month old Ava Declue checked on her child and found her unresponsive.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a one-vehicle accident occurred yesterday afternoon, Sat., Oct. 6, at 3:12 p.m. on Highway 100 in which the driver, Yvonne Talbott, 60, of Washington received moderate injuries.

Aditi Avhad, a University of Missouri graduate student from Mumbai, India, died last night as a result of injuries sustained in a bus accident near Litchfeld, Ill. The bus was en route from Chicago to St. Louis.
This afternoon, at approximately 1:30 p.m., a three car accident occurred .3 miles east of Highway EE on Highway 50, east of Beaufort.
Linda J. Prindiville, 66, of Ballwin, MO was moderately injured in a one vehicle accident on Highway E, west of Highway Y just after 12 p.m. today.
Columbia, Mo. - Captain B. Weimer of the University of Missouri – Columbia Police Department released a statement regarding a local farmer who sustained serious injuries after being run over by a steer.
In Captain Weimer’s statement, he said that officers responded early Tuesday morning at 8:26 a.m to University Parking Lot CG1. The reporting party had called 911 after a steer got loose from the Veterinary School.
St. Clair, Mo. – Sheriff Gary Toelke released a statement this morning regarding last night’s tragic drowning of a 2-year-old child.
Toelke said in his statement that deputies had responded to the 200 block of Deep Woods Rd at approximately 6 p.m. Monday evening for a possible drowning.
When deputies arrived, a St. Clair firefighter was performing CPR on the child. Deputies began assisting firefighters with CPR until paramedics with St. Clair EMS arrived.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol has reported that Darwin McManus, 50, of Leslie was involved in a one-vehicle accident yesterday after losing control of the Franklin County Highway Department dump truck he was driving.

Berger, Mo – New Haven Berger Fire Department responded at 1:32 p.m. this afternoon to a brush fire that was burning near a residence, approximately two tenths of a mile west of Diederich Road.
New Haven, Mo – New Have Berger Fire Department responded for a report of smoke inside Casey’s General Store at 1:07 p.m. this afternoon.
The reporting party had said they suddenly began smelling smoke inside the building.
